What is OneCall Melbourne?
OneCall Melbourne is an independent consultancy in Melbourne, Victoria that helps anyone in Melbourne, locals and international students alike, buy a used car safely, get real work experience recognised through RPL with registered training organisations, get introduced to licensed car-finance brokers, find a lawyer, and set up a business online. It is not a car dealer, a lender or a training provider.
Is OneCall Melbourne a car dealer or a lender?
No. OneCall does not sell cars, arrange loans or issue qualifications. It checks cars, negotiates on your behalf, and introduces you to licensed dealers, licensed finance brokers and registered training organisations. Those partners sell, lend or assess under their own licences.
What does OneCall cost?
The first chat is free and there is no fee for a finance or RTO introduction. Partner businesses may pay OneCall a referral fee when you go ahead with them; you never pay more because of it, and we tell you when it applies.
Who is OneCall for?
Everyone in Melbourne: locals, graduates, temporary visa holders and international students. It began with international students, because few businesses will help them, and that is still where we go furthest. That includes anyone buying a first car in Victoria, trying to get real work experience recognised, or who has been declined for car finance.
